In a diffuser:
3 drops organic lavender oil, 1 drop organic peppermint oil, and 2 drops organic lemon oil.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 4 drops organic lavender oil, 1 drop organic peppermint oil, and 2 drops organic lemon oil with 50 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or nut oil.
As a bath additive:
Add 5 drops organic lavender oil, 2 drops organic lemon oil, and 2 drops organic peppermint oil to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk, and pour into the bathwater.
