Returns at AureaWald – fair and transparent, just like nature itself At AureaWald, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something still isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return as easy as possible for you.
Eligible returns:
✅ Item unopened / sealed in original packaging.
✅ Wrong item delivered.
✅ Arrived damaged.
✅ Does not match the description.
👉 If the seal is broken / opened, a withdrawal under Section 312 g (para. 2 no. 3 BGB – excluded due to hygiene/seal.
🔄 Returns – how it works
You can easily request your return online via your customer account:
Log in to your customer account.
Go to Orders.
Select the relevant order.
Select the products you want to return.
Click Submit return request.
👉 After that, you’ll receive all further information about the return from us.
📦 Return conditions
A return is possible if:
the goods are unused.
the goods are in the original packaging.
the products are unopened and sealed.
⚠️ Important note on essential oils
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following applies: opened or unsealed products are excluded from withdrawal. This means: once an oil has been opened, a return is no longer possible.
❗ Transport damage or errors
If something isn’t right, we’ll of course take care of it quickly and without hassle. If:
the wrong item was delivered,
a product arrived damaged,
or there is a quality defect.

💰 Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
