We deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary by country and logistics partner—all details can be found in your cart.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to product prices and depend on the weight of the goods and destination country. You’ll see the exact costs transparently during the checkout process.
Payment Methods
We offer the following secure and convenient payment options:
– Advance payment by bank transfer.
– PayPal payment service incl. all integrated payment methods.
– Stripe payment service for credit card payments or via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Our Shipping Partner
We rely on DHL’s shipping services and their GoGreen program, which enables climate-neutral shipping through CO₂ emissions compensation. For lightweight shipments under 1 kg, we alternatively use Deutsche Post as merchandise shipment.
Delivery Times
Within Germany: Typically 2–3 business days. During holiday periods or on public holidays, slight delays may occur—we appreciate your understanding.
EU-wide: Packages reach the international center within 2–3 business days. Final delivery depends on the local partner; to neighboring EU countries it usually takes 5–10 business days.
Non-EU/Worldwide: Packages reach the international center within 2–3 business days. Final delivery depends on the local partner and can take between 7 and 21 business days.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. This allows you to check the status at any time on the shipping partner’s website.
Sustainable Packaging
Your valuable products deserve the same careful protection as nature itself. In accordance with the Packaging Act (VerpackG), we use exclusively licensed, recyclable, and environmentally friendly materials. We avoid unnecessary outer packaging and rely on high-quality, sustainable solutions—for a smaller ecological footprint. Each package is wrapped with care so that it arrives not only safely, but also as a small ritual of anticipation.
Shipping Process & Tips
After placing your order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with all the details. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions, you can easily reach us through our contact form. Please inspect your package upon receipt for transport damage. If there is visible damage, you can refuse acceptance and report it to the delivery person—we’ll support you with this, of course.
