Forest Serenity Set – Application

In a diffuser:
Add 3 drops of organic lavender oil and 2 drops of organic lemon oil to the diffuser.

As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 4 drops of organic lavender oil and 2–3 drops of organic lemon oil with 50 ml of carrier oil, such as almond or nut oil.

As a bath additive:
Add 5 drops of organic lavender oil and 3 drops of organic lemon oil to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk, and pour the mixture into the bathwater.
