Essence of the Forest Starter Set – Application
In the diffuser:
Use 3–5 drops of a single oil of your choice or mix one of the following combinations.
For greater calm:
3 drops of organic lavender oil and 2 drops of organic lemon oil in the diffuser.
For greater focus:
2 drops of organic rosemary oil, 2 drops of organic peppermint oil, and 1 drop of organic lemon oil in the diffuser.
As a skin and massage oil:
For a calming blend, mix 4 drops of organic lavender oil and 2–3 drops of organic lemon oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil).
For a focus blend, mix 2–3 drops of organic rosemary oil, 1–2 drops of organic peppermint oil, and 1 drop of organic lemon oil with 50 ml of carrier oil.
As a bath additive:
For a relaxing blend, add 5 drops of organic lavender oil and 3 drops of organic lemon oil—mixed with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk—to the bathwater.
For a focus-enhancing blend, add 3 drops of organic rosemary oil, 2 drops of organic peppermint oil, and 2 drops of organic lemon oil—mixed with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk—to the bathwater.
