Essence of the Forest Premium Set – Application
In a diffuser:
Use 3–5 drops of a single oil or a custom blend, depending on the desired mood.
For relaxation:
3 drops organic lavender oil and 2 drops organic lemon oil.
For focus:
2 drops organic rosemary oil, 2 drops organic peppermint oil, and 1 drop organic lemon oil.
For freshness:
2 drops organic eucalyptus oil, 2 drops organic lemon oil, and 1 drop organic lemongrass oil.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix a total of 6–8 drops of organic essential oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil), depending on the desired scent intensity.
As a bath additive:
Add a total of 8–10 drops of organic essential oil to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk and pour into the bathwater, depending on the desired scent intensity.
