In a diffuser:
2 drops organic lemon oil, 2 drops organic lemongrass oil, and 1 drop organic peppermint oil.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 3–4 drops organic lemon oil, 1 drop organic lemongrass oil, and 1–2 drops organic peppermint oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil).
As a bath additive:
Add 5 drops organic lemon oil, 1 drop organic lemongrass oil, and 2–3 drops organic peppermint oil—mixed with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk—to the bathwater.
