In a diffuser:
Add 3 drops of organic lavender oil and 2 drops of organic lemongrass oil to the diffuser.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 4 drops of organic lavender oil and 2 drops of organic lemongrass oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil).
As a bath additive:
Add 6 drops of organic lavender oil and 3 drops of organic lemongrass oil to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk, and pour the mixture into the bathwater.
