Forest Relaxation Set – Usage
In a diffuser:
Add 3 drops of organic lavender oil, 2 drops of organic lemon oil, and 1 drop of organic lemongrass oil to the diffuser.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 4–5 drops of organic lavender oil, 1–2 drops of organic lemon oil, and 1 drop of organic lemongrass oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil).
As a bath additive:
Add 6 drops of organic lavender oil, 2 drops of organic lemon oil, and 1 drop of organic lemongrass oil—mixed with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk—to the bathwater.
