In a diffuser:
Add 2 drops of organic rosemary oil, 2 drops of organic eucalyptus oil and 1 drop of organic peppermint oil to the diffuser.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 2–3 drops of organic rosemary oil, 2–3 drops of organic eucalyptus oil and 1–2 drops of organic peppermint oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g. almond or nut oil).
As a bath additive:
Add 3 drops of organic rosemary oil, 2 drops of organic eucalyptus oil and 2 drops of organic peppermint oil—mixed with 4 tablespoons of cream or milk—to the bathwater.
