Forest Focus Set – Application
In a diffuser:
Add 2 drops of organic peppermint oil, 2 drops of organic rosemary oil, and 1 drop of organic lemon oil to the diffuser.
As a skin and massage oil:
Mix 1–2 drops of organic peppermint oil, 2 drops of organic rosemary oil, and 1 drop of organic lemon oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., almond or nut oil).
As a bath additive:
Add 2 drops of organic peppermint oil, 3 drops of organic rosemary oil, and 2 drops of organic lemon oil to 4 tablespoons of cream or milk, and add the mixture to the bathwater.
