1. Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (TCs) apply to all contracts between Aureawald and its customers via the online shop www.aureawald.com, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1.2 Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless Aureawald expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
1.3 Customers within the meaning of these TCs are consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 The contract is concluded when AureaWald accepts your order by order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
2.4 The contract language is German.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1 All prices are stated in Euros.
3.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include statutory VAT.
3.3 Additional shipping costs incurred will be shown separately during the ordering process.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
4.2 Delivery times are non-binding, unless they have been expressly promised as binding.
4.3 Partial deliveries are permissible, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
4.4 Delivery is made within Germany as well as to selected EU and third countries.
4.5 For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer. This also applies to mail-order purchases.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5.2 The following payment methods are available:
Prepayment (bank transfer)
PayPal (incl. payment methods offered by PayPal)
Cash payment upon pickup
5.3 Payment by cash on delivery or check is excluded.
5.4 In case of default of payment, the statutory default interest rates apply.
6. Retention of Title
6.1 The goods remain the property of Aureawald until full payment.
6.2 For entrepreneurs, extended retention of title applies.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The cancellation policy, the sample withdrawal form, and the exact procedure are presented separately on the website and are not part of these TCs.
⚠️ Important:
The right of withdrawal may expire for sealed goods (e.g., essential oils) if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB). In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
8. Warranty
8.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
8.2 For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months; for consumers, it is 24 months.
8.3 Obvious defects must be reported immediately by entrepreneurs (§ 377 HGB).
9. Liability
9.1 Aureawald is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
9.2 In the event of slight negligence in violating essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
9.3 Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Product Information (Essential Oils)
10.1 Our products are not medicines.
10.2 They are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of diseases.
10.3 Use is at your own risk. Safety instructions on labels and product descriptions must be observed.
11. Data Protection
The separate Privacy Policy, available on our website, applies.
12. Copyrights
All content on this website is subject to copyright. Any use outside of legally permissible cases is prohibited without written consent.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
13.2 For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of AureaWald.
14. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these TCs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
